A Community Interest Company (C.I.C.) is a limited liability company, with special additional features, created for the use of persons who wish to conduct one or more businesses for the benefit of the Community and not purely for private benefit.
Our company of community interest, different from an ONLUS or a banking or private foundation, acts only in the interest and for the exclusive benefit of its members, whether they are physical or legal persons.
From the year of establishment of our foundation to today, the Community of Eud International Foundation CIC has grown and expanded by giving continuous support to all its members, investing in numerous projects.

Study Center
Since its foundation in 2010, Eud International Foundation C.I.C. has always had as its primary objective the progressive improvement of the performance of all its members, in every area of their life, through concrete, professional and personalized help on the needs of each person or company belonging to the community.
Our Study Center, with its continuous and prolific work, is oriented towards this goal: structured and organized by a Team of Professionals with many years of experience and highly specialized in their field of expertise, thanks to the incessant work of its Managers, Consultants and Professionals allows our Foundation to operate, sustain and support the economic and financial development, projects, new ideas or entrepreneurial activities of each natural or legal person registered in the community all over the world.
By optimizing the resources already available, the Professionals of our Study Center work with competence, speed and a strong sense of ethical and social responsibility to fill the gaps necessary for the development and progress of each member of the Foundation.
The ultimate goal is always to provide clear and functional solutions to the needs of our Community, guided by the criteria of correctness and transparency that govern the professional ethics of all the Professionals on our Team.
