Terms of Use information in Community
CONTACT INFORMATION
EUD INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION C.I.C. agrees to hold private any information provided to us that could be used to contact users outside of EUD INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION C.I.C. facilitated communications. This “contact information” currently only applies to the provided email address. We will not share, sell, or disclose this information and we will make every reasonable effort to ensure it is not disclosed to third parties through security breaches by outside threats. EUD INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION C.I.C. does not agree to protect any contact information the user chooses to share in their profile or through other communications. EUD INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION C.I.C. reserves the right to contact users at EUD FOUNDATION's sole discretion through the provided email address. EUD INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION C.I.C. reserves the right to review any information posted to the site if abuse is suspected.
OTHER USER INFORMATION
Other “user information” that is shared but is not listed above as “contact information” should be considered public and
searchable. This includes but is not limited to entries in profile fields and uploaded images. The user does, however, have the right to leave profile fields blank and leave any question unanswered if they so choose. This decision not to disclose information may or may not restrict access to certain site features.
COMMUNICATION INFORMATION
“Communications” include any text/information the user shares with other users in communicating through chat/email/ messaging features hosted by EUD INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION C.I.C. EUD INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION C.I.C. will not share, sell, or disclose this information to recipients the user is not intending to contact. EUD INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION C.I.C. will also make every reasonable effort to ensure it is not disclosed to third parties through security breaches by outside threats. EUD INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION C.I.C. reserves the right to review any information posted to the site if abuse is suspected.
SCREENING QUESTIONS
This refers to the questions users can ask other users to answer before initial contact is allowed. The questions the user
defines will be displayed to any additional users that attempt to contact the user whom created the question. Answers to those questions are held between the creator and answered of the questions. EUD INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION C.I.C. will not share, sell, or disclose this user specific information and will make every reasonable effort to ensure it is not disclosed to third parties through security breaches by outside threats. EUD INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION C.I.C. reserves the right to review any information posted to the site if abuse is suspected.
CHANGES
EUD INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION C.I.C. reserves the right to change the privacy policy and terms of use at any time without notice or consent. It is the responsibility of the user to understand those changes.
